DRAGAGES SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to oversee contract administration, take-offs, cost control, and variation management for building projects.

The role requires 8 years in QS, familiarity with public/private sector contracts, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams and cost control.

Competenze

• Recognised Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Familiar with public or private sector projects.
• Familiar with contract types and conditions.
• Analytical and decisive problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and evaluate variations.
• Familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes.

Other Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying orequivalent with good understanding of construction process
• 8 years of relevant working experience as aQuantity Surveyor, preferably in a construction industry in Singapore forbuildings
• Familiar with Public Sector and/ or Private Sectorsprojects (Preferred) and various types of Contract Conditions
• A clear and analytical approach to problem solvingand decision making
• Ability to take off quantities and evaluatevariations
• Familiarity with professional practice and contractadministration processes
• Resourceful and able to work independently and as agood team player as well.
