Job summary

VSL Singapore Pte Ltd (Main Office) is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage day-to-day QS duties, prepare interim payment applications, monitor payments, and assist with variations and EOT claims.

You will work closely with site teams, demonstrate autonomy, meticulous writing, and clear communication. Four years of experience in quantity surveying is required, and the company prefers local hires due to quota restrictions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields acceptable.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience.
• Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skills.
• Company does not hire foreign employees due to quota restrictions.

• The company does not have sufficient quota to hire foreign employees.
