Job summary

Powen Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage financials and contracts for M&E projects, ensuring accurate valuations and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling progress claims, valuations, and final accounts; managing variations and subcontractor pricing; forecasting cash flow and monitoring budgets; assist in tendering and contract review.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years QS experience in Singapore M&E contractor
• Knowledge of local contract standards (PSSCOC/SIA)
• Preferably with Quantity Surveying certificates
