Job summary

careerally pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, claims, variations and commercial reporting for large-scale infrastructure and complex building projects in Singapore.

You will guide project QS teams on contract administration, measurements, and claim procedures, while monitoring budgets and providing management with timely commercial updates. The ideal candidate holds a diploma with 5–8 years of relevant experience and has strong knowledge of Singapore contracts

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 5–8 years of experience on large infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore contracts, especially PSSCOC and SIA.
• Experience in claims, variations, cost control, and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly progress and variation claims and related commercial documents.
• Support EOT, Loss & Expense claims by coordinating with project teams and site records.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and provide commercial reporting to management.
