Job Description
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately estimated and tracked
Assist in preparing and issuing tender documents for contractors and suppliers
Evaluate tender submissions and manage procurement for MEP and Civil works
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Manage contracts related to MEP and Civil/Structural works
Handle variations, claims, and change orders
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
Identify and manage cost risks and schedule delays
Regularly inspect the site to ensure work is progressing as planned
Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and project teams
Ensure smooth communication regarding project costs and schedules
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or industrial manufacturing sectors
Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
Sound computer literacy, including advanced skills in Excel
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
