Job summary

TEAM GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a civil/construction professional to manage tender and ongoing projects, prepare contract documents, estimate costs and forecast cash flow. The role involves budget monitoring, progress claims, VO management, and procurement activities.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in 2D/3D drawing, BIM modeling, and AutoCAD. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• English required; Chinese-speaking associates preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in civil/construction field.
• 3 years in 2D/3D drawing, BIM modeling and AutoCAD.
• Senior Executive level preferred; able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and certify suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
• Evaluate sub-contractors' variation orders.
• Settlement of final accounts.

Job Duties & Responsibility: -

• Manage tender projects and on-going projects
• To prepare contract documents, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and tender submissions
• To prepare project cash flow forecast
• Monitor project budget and costing
• Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders
• Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters
• Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions
• Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award
• To prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers
• Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments
• Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors' variation orders
• Settlement of final accounts

Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates is preferred)
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in 2D and 3D drawing, BIM modeling, AUTOCAD
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
