Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager Quality to lead the department supporting tenders and FEEDs. The role requires extensive offshore Oil & Gas experience and a strong background in ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

You will act as the quality focal point for client tenders, reviews, and audits, ensuring our quality offering is compliant, competitive and deliverable across FEED, pre-FEED and project execution phases.

Qualifications

Engineering or HSEQ degree required.
15+ years offshore Oil & Gas experience for Manager; 20+ years for Senior Manager.
Experience leading a Quality department or function.
Experience in FEED/pre-FEED and EPC execution of FPSO/offshore facilities.
Experience providing Quality support to tenders/bids and reviewing client tender documents.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality requirements across tenders, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution in the department scope.
Act as Quality focal point for client tender documents and ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Represent Quality department in client reviews, audits and steering meetings.
Ensure compliance with standards and contractual quality requirements across portfolio.
Coordinate lessons learned and drive quality improvements across tenders and projects.
Lead and develop QA/QC resources and allocate quality personnel to tenders and projects.
