Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Project HSE to lead HSE across tender, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution in offshore environments. You will ensure compliance with HSSE policies, review client documents, and represent HSE in client interfaces and audits.

You will mentor the HSE team, drive risk identification and mitigation, and coordinate HSE resources across multiple bids and projects in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering or HSEQ-related major.
• Significant relevant experience; credentials/certifications may substitute for formal education.
• Manager: ideally 15 years of offshore O&G experience; Senior Manager: ideally 20 years; leadership of an HSE department/function.
• Experience supporting tenders/bids with review of client tender documents and HSE deliverables.
• FEED/pre-FEED and EPC execution experience for FPSO/offshore facilities; HSE-in-design and client/regulator interfacing.
• Prior multinational work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requirements described in BWO’s HSSE policies, standards and management system across tender, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution phases.
• Act as the HSE focal point for review of client tender documents to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Act as HSE Department Manager in client interfaces, reviews, audits and steering meetings.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory and contractual requirements across tenders and projects.
• Ensure positive HSE performance by setting expectations and addressing gaps.
• Provide assurance that HSE risks are identified and mitigated in tender, FEED and execution stages.
• Resolve HSE non-compliance and violations in a timely manner.
• Lead and develop the HSE resources and coordinate deployment to tenders and projects.
