Job summary

BW Offshore invites a Manager/Senior Manager, Project HSE to lead HSE in tendering and project execution for offshore facilities in Singapore. You will oversee HSE deliverables, interface with clients, regulators and the project team while driving compliant and competitive bids.

You bring 15–20 years in offshore HSE, ISO 14001/45001 expertise, and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related field; professional credentials may substitute formal education.
• Extensive experience in offshore Oil & Gas HSE roles, tendering and project delivery.
• Experience leading an HSE department or function in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE requirements across tender, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution phases.
• Review client tender documents ensuring compliance and deliverability of HSE offers.
• Act as HSE Department Manager in client interfaces, reviews, audits and steering meetings.
• Monitor compliance with standards/regulations across tenders and projects.
• Drive proactive HSE performance through clear expectations and risk management.
• Provide assurance that HSE risks are identified and mitigated across lifecycle stages.
• Resolve HSE non-compliance promptly and lead deployment of HSE resources.
