Job summary

BW Offshore in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to own and maintain the quality assurance framework for Projects and Fleet operations. This role sits within the Operations Function, Operational Integrity Department, and reports to senior leadership.

You will set quality objectives, govern vendor qualification, lead or support investigations, and drive continuous improvement through risk-based QA across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering relevant to offshore facilities.
Minimum 15 years of offshore Oil & Gas or EPC experience.
Operational expertise from both project and operations phases.
Experience with Safety Critical Elements and lifecycle assurance.
Knowledge of quality management systems and risk-based QA.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the quality assurance framework for Projects and Fleet operations.
Set quality expectations with project, asset, and functional leaders.
Ensure QA is proportionate to safety, production, and supplier performance.
Lead or contribute to Level 3 investigations and capture lessons learned.
Support Asset Verification, Technical Governance and Technical Assurance activities.
Establish governance for vendor and contractor qualification.
