Job summary

yee heng foundation pte. ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Cost Controller to oversee cost control across multiple projects, review contracts, and prepare accurate tender documents.

The role focuses on delivering cost-effective solutions while managing commercial risks. You will liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, track cost performance through tendering, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Review tender and contract conditions, identifying and addressing any commercial risks or uncertainties.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually and comply with required standards and safety regulations.
