Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply and be considered for junior roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cost control activities across multiple projects.
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract management.
• Provide cost-saving advice to senior management.
• Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
• Coordinate pricing with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Evaluate variations and value-engineering proposals and their cost implications.
• Track and report cost performance throughout tendering stage.
• Review tender and contract conditions for commercial risks or uncertainties.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed punctually and meet required standards and safety regulations.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
