Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of quality management experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects.
In-depth knowledge of LTA requirements, quality documentation, and inspection processes.
Skilled in handling NCR workflows, performing QA/QC audits, and coordinating material testing.
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute quality assurance strategies tailored to project requirements.
Supervise quality control for precast segment production and installation.
Manage material submission and approval processes.
Ensure segment traceability through the TEMS system.
Perform internal audits and provide support for follow-ups to external audits.
Oversee the full lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Compile and submit monthly quality performance reports.
Provide training for site workers in segment repairs and gasket installation.
Attend and contribute to progress review meetings with LTA and stakeholders.
