Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes for a major MRT infrastructure project. The candidate will formulate quality assurance strategies, supervise quality control for precast segment production, manage material submissions, and ensure compliance with LTA specifications. A degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of quality management experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects.
• In-depth knowledge of LTA requirements, quality documentation, and inspection processes.
• Skilled in handling NCR workflows, performing QA/QC audits, and coordinating material testing.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute quality assurance strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Supervise quality control for precast segment production and installation.
• Manage material submission and approval processes.
• Ensure segment traceability through the TEMS system.
• Perform internal audits and provide support for follow-ups to external audits.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Compile and submit monthly quality performance reports.
• Provide training for site workers in segment repairs and gasket installation.
• Attend and contribute to progress review meetings with LTA and stakeholders.
