A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality documentation and control, training, and audits. A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or related field is required, along with 1-5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role. Formación

• 1-5 years of working experience in the geotechnical field, Civil works or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain QAQC documents, including ITPs, forms, and checklists.
• Conduct quarterly internal audits and issue findings with corrective actions.
• Raise NCRs, perform root-cause analysis, and verify closure of corrective actions.
• Prepare inputs for Monthly Quality Review Meetings and present quality performance.
