Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead the QA/QC department on construction projects including M&E and CSA work. You will mentor inspection teams, review training needs, and drive compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

You will implement and manage the Quality Management System, coordinate audits, and prepare for client handover and root-cause analysis. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, with at least 10

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years’ field experience in construction, managing quality for M&E/CSA projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage QAQC department; lead inspection teams (IQA & OQA), QA/QC Supervisors and Engineers; review skill sets and training; ensure quality compliance across projects.
• Manage Quality Management System, OHSAS, document control audits; implement improvements; conduct internal/ external audits; ensure readiness for audits and timely closure of punch items.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or other equivalent certificates
