Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead the Technical and QC/QA teams in Singapore. The role emphasizes technical support for products and customer requirements, with focus on QA/QC procedures and CAPA.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree required in mechanical/materials/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
Experience in QA/QC with minimum 5 years.
Familiar with quality tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Technical and QC/QA team.
Provide technical support on products, applications and customer requirements.
Develop and improve QA/QC procedures, inspection standards and documentation.
Manage root cause analysis, CAPA and quality issue resolution.
Control engineering changes, drawings, specifications and revision records.
Manage supplier quality, audits, qualification and change control.
Handle customer complaints and follow up until closure.
Coordinate product testing, certification and compliance requirements.
Improve internal technical and quality workflows.
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and other departments on technical matters.
