Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in construction.
• ISO 9001 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
• Good with numbers.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and align subcontractors’ PQPs.
• Oversee subcontractors’ ITPs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
• Review and approve QC documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers to address quality issues.
• Monitor quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Prepare quality records for project handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality matters.
• Provide training sessions on QC procedures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality.
• Monitor corrective actions and process improvement.
