Job summary

AURUS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/Testing professional to lead a small to mid-size team, drive project deliverables, and design reusable automated testing approaches using TOSCA.

The role focuses on verification and validation practices, with strong collaboration across PMO, business, development and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, defining QA processes, tracking SIT progress and root-cause analysis, and participating in FSD walkthroughs and quarterly

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a small/medium team.
• Drive deliverables on a project's basis with schedule & quality.
• Design with reuse to fast track quality using automation - TOSCA.
• Implement verification and validation practices, standards, metrics, training, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities per policies and standards.
• Partner with PMO, Business, Development, and Vendors to ensure strategy adoption.
• Coach and mentor junior/senior systems engineers.
• Define QA processes and provide SIT test progress and defect root-cause analysis.
• Involve in FSD walkthrough, Dev & Test Strategy, quarterly releases planning.
