Job summary

sciente international pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Manager to lead a team of automation engineers and drive quality excellence across software development initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in regression, performance, API, and functional testing, and the ability to implement robust QA frameworks in Agile/DevOps environments in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering roles.
• Must have in test automation tools for regression and performance (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, NeoLoad).
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with configuration tracking, process validation, and risk compliance.
• Strong expertise in regression, performance, API, and functional testing strategies.
• Experience in test planning, estimation, quality metrics governance, and defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage group of 10 automation engineers from both regression and performance tracks.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and standards across software projects.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans: functional, regression, performance, API.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, developers, and product managers to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within testing lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Support agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Align quality goals with business needs through cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders on quality objectives.
