Job summary

ASM in Singapore is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help deliver robust software for semiconductor equipment. You will design, implement, and maintain test suites, and work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure quality across the CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, software testing or test automation.
Hands-on QA experience in electromechanical or semiconductor equipment environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, document, and improve software test suites.
Perform manual and automated testing on simulation and physical semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Automate QA processes to integrate with CI/CD development workflows.
Create test plans and test cases; validate software enhancements and defect fixes.
Collaborate with Process Engineering to validate system usage and suggest improvements.
