Job summary

AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to head a high-performing team focused on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and EFEM software for semiconductor wafer testing.

You will shape software architecture, drive execution timelines, and coordinate cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and systems engineering to ensure robust, scalable solutions and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor equipment software.
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or C# for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–8 software engineers.
• Define software architecture for wafer prober control.
• Own end-to-end SDLC using Agile.
• Align with hardware design, product marketing, and global manufacturing teams.
• Enforce robust code review, automated testing, and CI/CD standards.
• Identify, document, and track software anomalies with process engineers to isolate hardware vs. software failures.
• Integrate automated test execution into the software team’s CI/CD pipelines.
