Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional with 2–5 years of semiconductor QA experience to drive quality activities across fab operations.

The role focuses on executing engineering change quality, audits, CAR tracing, CAPA, and ensuring robust documentation. You will support product quality tracking, customer RMAs, and process technology transfer release audits, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of prior experience in the field of semiconductor in Quality Assurance function preferred.
• Possess strong analytical skills with experience in quality control methodologies, including 8D knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills.
• Certified internal auditor
• Proactive and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute fab engineering change quality/ reliability control activities.
• Response for Fab quality goal execution result summary/ analysis and co-work with fab for continuous improvement.
• Execute the internal audit for section quality documentation and record.
• Execute fab process quality audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
• Response for fab major event handling and follow up action items/ validation to close the event
• Perform process technology transfer release audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
• Perform routine customer quality report preparation
• Perform customer RMA (field returned from end customer) sample returned handling, investigation and track actions for CAPA.
• Summarize Fab Gate Oxide C-V monitor monitoring results, abnormal improvement, and product quality tracking
• Execute Best Known Method validation from VIS fabs or TSMC
