Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a large property portfolio, ensuring service excellence, maintenance, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will oversee a team of property professionals and contractors, drive asset enhancement, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant facility/real estate discipline.
• 8+ years in property, estate, or facilities management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams, managing contractors, budgets and large-scale maintenance programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with residents, partners and regulators; excellent leadership and project skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio to achieve service standards and KPIs.
• Plan, implement and monitor asset enhancement, improvement and upgrading programmes.
• Manage budgets, procurement activities, contracts and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, regulatory agencies and residents; address escalated issues.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities to team members; drive continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
