We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the management and operations of a large property portfolio while ensuring high standards of service delivery, estate maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee a team of property professionals and contractors, drive asset enhancement and improvement initiatives, manage budgets, and work closely with key stakeholders to maintain a safe, sustainable, and well-managed environment.
Lead and manage a team of Property Executive, Property Officers, and service partners responsible for estate operations and maintenance. Oversee the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring service standards and operational KPIs are achieved. Plan, implement, and monitor asset enhancement, improvement, and upgrading programmes. Manage budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, regulatory agencies, and residents. Drive customer engagement initiatives and address escalated feedback, service issues, and operational matters. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, and organizational policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and resident satisfaction. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
