Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. invites applications for a Property Executive to oversee repair, replacement and defect management during the DLP across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate with the building owner, FMC and tenants, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality facilities delivery. The role requires 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or M&E/building background, with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Building or Facilities Discipline with 3 years relevant experience (M&E and/ or civil/building preferred) OR ITE/NTC facility management with 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in facilities management and project management is required.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor repair and replacement work including defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Liaise with building owner, FMC and tenants across sites and coordinate with contractors.
• Engage with tenants to address needs during work periods and minimize disruption to operations.
• Ensure safety, code-compliance and high standards of facilities service delivery.
• Attend meetings and inspections and provide updates and status projections.
• Prepare and submit engineering, facilities, and project reports as required.
• Build relationships with client representatives and service providers.
