Job summary

Zenith Infotech in Singapore is seeking a Lead Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across major data center projects and programs. You will be accountable for governance, integration, and the overall quality of project schedules.

You will develop the scheduling strategy, head the scheduling team, interface with clients and leadership, and provide strategic guidance on schedule performance, risk, and recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Planning or Project Controls.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant scheduling, planning or project controls experience.
• Experience leading planning/scheduling on large, complex construction projects or programs.
• Experience guiding scheduling teams and advising senior stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule integration, baseline management, and schedule risk analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall project planning, scheduling, and schedule controls strategy.
• Establish scheduling governance, methodologies, reporting requirements, base lines, and coding standards.
• Lead integrated master schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
• Define and validate activities, sequencing, durations, logic, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead critical path, float, milestone, and schedule performance analyses across projects.
• Oversee progress tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting on milestones.
• Identify and manage major schedule risks, delays, mitigation, and escalations.
• Conduct what-if analyses, schedule simulations, and scenario planning.
• Develop recovery, acceleration, and mitigation strategies for challenging schedules.
• Provide senior review of contractor, supplier, and project team schedules.
• Ensure integration of multiple schedules into a robust program schedule.
• Represent scheduling in client meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Advise leadership on schedule strategy, delivery risks, and procurement impacts.
• Lead schedule assurance and quality reviews to meet standards.
