Job summary

Zenith Infotech is seeking Junior, Senior, or Lead Schedulers in Singapore to independently plan and manage complex data center construction schedules. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors, ensure logical sequencing, and maintain baselines.

The role requires strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will mentor juniors and drive schedule excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising junior schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases.
• Define activities, sequencing, durations, logic, and dependencies.
• Establish baselines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Analyze critical paths, float, and schedule performance.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Review progress and causes of schedule variances.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation actions.
• Mentor junior schedulers and oversee scheduling for projects.
