Job summary

Zenith Infotech in Singapore is seeking a Senior Scheduler to independently manage planning and scheduling for data center construction projects from design through close‑out, ensuring alignment with owner objectives and contractual milestones.

You will develop, maintain, analyze, and report schedules, review contractor plans, manage schedule risks, perform what‑if analyses, and lead recovery actions with delivery teams; strong experience in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling or project controls experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules independently.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, baselines, and float analysis.
• Excellent communication with project managers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules covering all phases.
• Define activities, durations, logic, dependencies, and interfaces.
• Establish baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Analyze critical paths, floats, constraints, and progress.
• Track progress and prepare schedule reports and forecasts.
• Review actual progress against planned schedules and causes.
• Identify and manage schedule risks and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate schedule updates.
