Senior Project Scheduler — Data Center Construction

Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. seeks Junior, Senior, and Lead Schedulers to manage project planning for data center construction from design through close-out. You will develop integrated schedules, define activities, and coordinate with engineers, commercial teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Proven experience with Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Planning or Project Controls.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project scheduling, planning or project controls experience.
• Experience developing and managing complex construction schedules independently.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, baselines, float analysis and progress measurement.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Experience in schedule risk analysis, recovery planning and forecasting.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Define schedule activities, durations, logic, dependencies, and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Establish baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Analyze float, constraints, risks, and schedule performance independently.
• Track progress, prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Review progress vs planned and assess causes and impacts of variances.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, recommending mitigations.
• Perform what-if analyses and scenario planning for schedule impacts.
• Develop recovery and acceleration schedules for delays or disruptions.
• Review contractor and supplier schedules for integration with the overall plan.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and clients to validate updates.
• Mentor junior schedulers and provide day-to-day guidance.
