Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple EPC projects across international sites, including high-tech semiconductor facilities. You will establish PM strategies, supervise PM teams, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule while managing risks and resources.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and proven experience in managing complex portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of management experience in international EPC projects.
Proven experience managing high-tech facilities, semiconductor FABs, cleanrooms, or similar.
Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee project portfolio, align with business objectives, and set KPIs.
Lead planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and close-out across EPC projects.
Manage budgets, resources, and cost control across multiple projects and countries.
Identify risks and implement mitigation across the portfolio.
Lead Project Managers and cross-functional teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Communicate with senior management, clients, and contractors with regular status updates.
