Job summary

ctci singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead EPCC project execution in Woodlands North, Singapore.

The role requires strong cross-functional coordination across client, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering, procurement, and construction activities through effective planning and execution. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Construction Management or Architecture with at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with relevant project exposure.
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction site practices and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in engineering drawing review, change management, project coordination, schedule tracking, and vendor management.
• Certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, quality management, or safety are a plus.
