Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd in Woodlands North, Singapore, is seeking a Contract EPCC Project Manager to lead project execution and cross-functional coordination for semiconductor ventures. You will identify interface issues among clients, partners, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement and construction through planning, coordination and disciplined execution.

The role requires 5+ years in semicon and a relevant diploma, with ability to work both independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with project exposure.
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction site practices and regulatory requirements.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in engineering drawing review, change management, project coordination, schedule tracking and vendor management.
• Relevant certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, quality management or safety are a plus.
