Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Project Portfolio Director to oversee the company’s project portfolio, establish management strategies, and ensure successful delivery for high-tech manufacturing and semiconductor FAB facilities. You will lead project management teams across multiple EPC projects, optimize resources, manage risk, budgets, and performance while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of international EPC project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering high-tech facilities and semiconductor FABs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and resources.
• Experience leading cross-cultural, multinational teams.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, risk, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project portfolio alignment with objectives.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and frameworks.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance across projects.
• Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out of EPC projects.
• Ensure delivery within budgets, quality standards, and schedules.
• Manage resources, budgets, and cross-country deployment.
