Zusammenfassung

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Project Lead to manage end-to-end construction projects in Singapore. You will direct project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery within scope, budget and quality targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring milestones, managing procurement and contracts, and maintaining compliance with WSH and EHS policies. You will coordinate with clients and authorities to secure approvals and timely handovers.

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and SEQDC targets.

• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor project progress, milestones, contractual obligations, and overall performance.

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies, and project safety plans.

• Oversee quality control, procurement, cost management, contract administration, and variation claims.

• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective measures.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, utility agencies, and senior management.

• Ensure statutory approvals, permits, inspections, commissioning, handover, and project closeout are completed.

• Prepare regular project reports and support tender reviews and pre-construction planning.
