Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Director to oversee overall construction operations, ensuring projects meet schedules, budgets, quality standards and contractual requirements.

You will lead Project Managers, Construction Managers and Senior Engineers to achieve project objectives. You will review tender documents, contracts, and project submissions, monitor progress, costs, quality, subcontractor performance and risks, and ensure compliance with Building

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards and environmental policies.

• Develop project strategies, construction plans, policies and procedures to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers and Senior Engineers to achieve project objectives.

• Review and approve construction plans, tender documents, contracts and project submissions.

• Monitor construction progress, costs, quality, subcontractor performance and project risks.

• Oversee project completion, commissioning, handover and defect rectification.
