Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction project leader to oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects. You will guide project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules and budgets, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, managing procurement, and preparing for handover and defect rectification.

Responsabilidades

Oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction projects.
Lead project teams and coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Establish construction strategies, work programmes and resource plans to meet project deadlines.
Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and contractual performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and statutory requirements.
Manage procurement, contracts, variation orders, budgets and project risks.
Maintain effective communication with clients, authorities and other stakeholders.
Ensure inspections, permits and approvals are obtained as required.
Lead project reporting, commissioning, handover and defect rectification.
Support tender preparation and pre-construction activities to improve project delivery.
