Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee all engineering and technical functions for major construction projects in Singapore.

You will lead design coordination, construction methodology planning, and buildability reviews to ensure efficient project execution. You will manage technical submissions, drawings, method statements and authority approvals, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination, construction methodology planning and buildability reviews.
• Manage technical submissions, drawings, method statements and authority approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor engineering progress and resolve technical issues affecting project schedules, cost and quality.
• Lead risk management, value engineering and design improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual requirements, ISO standards and company quality systems.
• Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Implement BIM and digital construction technologies to improve coordination and reduce rework.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and coach engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
