Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a capable construction project manager to oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.

The role requires monitoring progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance, along with managing budgets, procurement, and variation claims.

Oversee the overall execution of construction projects to achieve project objectives, timelines, and budget targets.
Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Prepare and implement construction plans, work schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual requirements.
Manage project budgets, procurement, contract administration, and variation claims.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure completion of inspections, commissioning, defect rectification, and handover.
Provide regular reports on project progress, costs, risks, and performance.
