Qualifications

• Degree required; Professional Engineers Board Singapore recognition preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience in water treatment facilities or process plants.
• PMP/CITPM certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and all project operations.
• Manage the progress of the project and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the schedule is kept.
• Lead the team to manage operations, schedule, and specifications.
• Manage operational costs to keep within budget.
• Maintain site document filing and records per ISO standards.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to meet requirements and regulations.
• Oversee project team and subcontractors to meet completion date.
• Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.
