Job summary

The Public Utilities Board (PUB) Water Reclamation (Network) Department seeks a Civil Engineering professional to manage tenders and contracts for used water projects in Singapore. You will work with consultants and contractors to ensure safe, timely delivery while maintaining budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing tenders, coordinating across stakeholders, and addressing technical issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in tendering, procurement and contract management for civil projects.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, technical requirements and procurement guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants/contractors and obtain approvals.
• Understanding of construction safety and environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement, procure, administer and manage tenders and contracts for PUB projects.
• Prepare project tenders per codes of practice and procurement guidelines.
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Oversee construction works ensuring safety, service protection, and environmental control measures.
• Resolve technical and construction issues with consultants/contractors to maintain timeline.
• Assess progress claims and variation works per contract guidelines.
• Prepare budget projections and ensure expenditure aligns with plan.
