Job summary

P-CON MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced project leader to drive water infrastructure projects, supporting the Project Director/PM in development, communication, and implementation of the water strategy.

You will lead a site team, coordinate between head office and RSS, plan delivery, resolve contractual matters, and represent the client in project matters. A PE or Chartered Engineer with Civil degree and 15 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading a group of Resident Site Staff.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director/PM in developing and implementing the Water strategy for project management.
• Lead a site team including Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, Resident Engineers and other specialists.
• Plan project delivery including time and manpower scheduling for RSS.
• Resolve contractual matters related to the project.
• Attend and lead meetings with client, contractors, authorities and stakeholders on technical, progress, and permitting matters.
• Coordinate between Head Office Design team and RSS to ensure timely reviews.
• Identify and resolve site issues and defects with support from technical team.
• Be accountable for the performance of the site team and interface with the Client on project matters.
