Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager in Singapore to drive end-to-end project objectives and ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with product owners, security, solution architects and compliance teams to align business goals with feasible solutions.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, estimation and negotiation skills, plus the ability to manage multi-system interfaces and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures end-to-end responsibility for achieving project objectives.
• Facilitate committees and coordinate with project team for deliverables, planning and estimation.
• Prepare, consolidate and validate project estimates and schedules.
• Maintain project cost and avoid major drift; manage budget within capacity.
• Plan resources and capacity based on project needs.
• Engage product owners and stakeholders across security, architecture and compliance.
• Gather high-level business requirements from end users and translate into actions.
• Review SIT strategy, test cases and results with QA teams.
• Support UAT with users and BAs; reproduce and fix issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, costs, budgets, and offers.
• Ensure task coherence with releases and product functionality.
• Identify blockers and drive their removal.
• Advise stakeholders on issues; propose solutions and trade-offs.
• Contribute to WMIS governance and SDLC compliance.
• Provide regular updates to Division Manager/Domain Heads.
• Oversee release planning and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead Global Program/Project Steering committees with senior management.

Job description

Direct Responsibilities

• Ensures end-to-end responsibility for achieving the program / project objectives in accordance with commitments made by the business line.


• Facilitate committees and work closely with the project team to deliver the project deliverables, prioritization, estimations, and planning.


• Prepares, consolidates, and validates estimates and schedules throughout the project.


• Maintain project cost without any major drift in overall project costing till end of project. Challenge user needs and provide best optimum solution within budget and capacity.


• Planning of resourcing and capacity based on project needs.


• Creates partnership with product owners, stakeholders, and transversal teams (security, solution architects, compliance)


• Assist the project team in gathering the high-level business requirements from the end users and manage GFS


• Walkthrough of the GFS to BAs who will translate it into DFS.


• Perform analysis with squad BA and with other applications squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces.


• Work with the BA and testing team to review SIT strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery.


• Support UAT with users and BAs (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team).


• Vendor management along with tracking maintenance costs, budgets, and offers.


• Ensure coherent of the tasks and commitment based on release and functionality of overall product.


• Understand the impediments/blockers faced by the team and help the team to remove as much as possible.


• Recognizes typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommends possible solutions.


• Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues. Takes time to help them identify critical connections, consequences, and alternatives. Recognizes successful adaptations.


• Contributes & ensures compliance to WMIS governance, Secure Agile or SDLC frameworks.


• Provide regular update/ reporting to his/her Division Manager/Domain Heads


• Manage the release planning and management of the deliveries and update necessary tools required. Ensure transparency and adapts plans when changes occur. Prioritizes tasks based on importance.


• Manage Global Program / Project Steering committee with senior management.

Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects if required.

Mandatory (Functional Skills)

• Good to have knowledge on RegulatoryANDTax Reporting with experience on any of the given topics: Tax Regulatory, Performance topics, German Tax reporting, Client Tax Statement Reporting, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m


• Good to have knowledge of Transactions (Corporate Actions, Securities in particular)


• Good to have knowledge on Market data providers (i.e., SIX, WmDatenand similar providers)


• Good to have knowledge on Reporting systems (i.e., SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax or similar applications)


• Basic Knowledge on Standard Core Banking systems (i.e., Olympic, TRANSACT, Corporate Actions Systems)


• Basic Knowledge on Front Office applications (i.e., AAA ordering Tools, Client Management Tools)


• Excellent communication skills, able to spearhead Steering Committees and engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels.


• Excellent knowledge on project planning, budgeting/estimations and conducting negotiations / arbitrations.


• Good understanding of project lifecycle and experience in functional and technical specification


• Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at root cause.

• IT experience: general knowledge (SQL, PL/SQL, IT Architecture principles, IT security concepts)

• Exposure to applications revolving around: AAA, Olympic, TRANSACT, Client Management Systems, Datawarehouse, Batch processing of reports.
