Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a senior project management professional to oversee construction development projects for government estates. You will collaborate with land planners, architects and engineers, and lead tender processes to select consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Architecture/Civil/M&E and experience with public sector projects is a plus. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture/Civil/ME Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience in building developments.
• Experience in public sector projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project briefs and lead tender preparation to appoint consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate and monitor consultants' and contractors' work to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify construction-related issues or disputes and implement solutions.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects cost-effectively.
