Job summary

Building and Construction Authority - BCA in Singapore is seeking individuals to manage private estate upgrading projects under the Estate Upgrading Programme. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any construction-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing civil engineering or building/estate upgrading projects.
• Experience in preparing and calling tenders, managing consultants and contractors, administering contracts, and managing budgets/cashflow.
• Good knowledge of government procurement procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication and inter-personal skills.

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the full project cycle, including consultation with and advising clients and users, initial planning and liaison with authorities, preparation of tenders to appoint consultants and contractors, and contract administration and management of consultants and contractors. The role also involves liaison with grassroots leaders and representatives of private estate residents.

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification in any construction-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing civil engineering or building/estate upgrading projects, involving in:
  • Preparing and calling tenders
  • Managing consultants and contractors
