Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction/Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and government projects in Singapore. You will develop schedules, allocate resources, and guide site teams from pre-construction to handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, a relevant degree, and proven ability to manage landed residential projects and government tenders with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a project management role.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong experience in landed residential projects (especially bungalows)
• Familiarity with government tendering processes is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and perform under pressure
• Experience in construction firms, developers, or civil engineering agencies preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and/or government construction projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes
• Coordinate resources from pre-construction through completion and handover
• Manage and guide project teams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, and support staff
• Foster collaboration across internal departments and stakeholders
• Set clear expectations, deliverables, and performance standards
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Conduct regular progress meetings to ensure milestone achievement
• Resolve site issues, technical queries, and coordination matters promptly
• Lead preparation and submission of government tenders and procurement documents
• Work closely with QS and consultants to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
• Manage tender clarifications and post-submission processes
• Ensure all works comply with design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
• Support site inspections and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines against actual performance
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management
• Maintain accurate project documentation using project management tools
