Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive new-build construction projects from planning through handover at client sites. You will oversee multidisciplinary coordination, manage teams and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Construction degree with at least 10 years in main-contracting roles, including TOP/CSC experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant building-construction experience.
• Substantial new-build experience in residential, condominium, commercial or landed projects.
• Main-contractor experience is required.
• Experience managing projects through TOP/CSC and handover is preferred.
• Strong project planning, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Senior Project Manager potential may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new-build construction projects from planning and execution through TOP/CSC and handover.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, resources and work procedures to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor project progress, cost, risks and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with QOSHE, ISO and statutory requirements.
• Support tender submissions, pricing, negotiations and tender interviews when required.
• Report project progress and key issues to the Project Director.
