Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Lead to oversee planning and execution of major civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

You will develop schedules, method statements and resource plans, supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and compliance with approved drawings and requirements. 8–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant civil/infrastructure project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)

Job Scope
