Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil and infrastructure projects in Singapore from planning through completion.

You will develop schedules, method statements, and resource plans, while supervising site operations and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The role requires oversight of budgets, compliance with safety standards, and liaison with authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Job Scope
