Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a senior civil engineering professional to lead infrastructure projects from planning through completion at our Tuas site.

You will develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams on site and in office.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Job Scope
