Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a senior civil engineering project leader in Singapore to drive planning and execution across infrastructure works.

You will oversee scheduling, budgets, safety, quality and stakeholder coordination from planning through completion, leading site teams and coordinating with subcontractors and authorities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.
